Description
Enjoy your family holiday in our chalet ‘summer dream’, which impresses with its sunny south- exposure and view of the playground. The two double bedrooms are made of solid wood and offer a lot of space and freedom of movement. The second double bedroom is the connecting room to the parents' room. If you need a cot, there is one in the master bedroom. In the dining and living area, a pull-out double sofa bed with TV corner invites you to relax. The chalet has its own private outdoor area.

Arrival and departure
The holiday chalet is ready for occupancy from 14.00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to leave the chalet at 09.00 am.
Pets
Dogs are allowed by request. Please note that your dog must not disturb the peace and quiet in the house. Please keep your dog on a lead in the courtyard. Please bring your own basket or blanket. There is a €20.00 daily charge for your pet. Dogs are not allowed in the summer dream Chalet.

- The prices quoted are for 2 people per night.
- The prices quoted are valid for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- Children up to and including 2 years holiday with us FREE OF CHARGE.
- Children from 3 to 13 years €30.00 per day.
- Each additional adult aged 14 and over €40.00.
- Payment by card is possible
Local tax:
From 1 January 2014, we will be obliged to charge a local tax of €2.00 per person per night for all persons aged 14 and over.
The local tax is listed separately on the invoice and is used to maintain infrastructure and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sporting events on site.
Cancellation conditions
- You can cancel up to 3 months before arrival free of charge. A processing fee of 30.00 euros will be taken.
- From 3 months to the last four weeks before arrival, we charge 4 days of the travel price for a stay of one week.
- From 3 months to the last four weeks before arrival, we charge 7 days of the travel price for a stay of two weeks.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
- Late arrivals and early departures will also be charged at 100%.
